Beyond the history, ACCC has long been considered one of the prestigious courses in the country for its design. A number of majors were hosted here and the current Champions Tour had its first tournament here in 1980. For starters, the term “Birdie” was coined here in 1903. ACCC opened in 1897 and is one of the most historical courses you can play.
